General Shipping Information

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Orders cannot be opened or inspected upon delivery.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Orders are not eligible for partial delivery and will be shipped as one complete package.
• For approved exchange OR return  requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
  
• During Final Sale periods, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Cairo: 2–3 working days
• Alexandria: 2–4 working days

  • الطلبات غير قابلة للتجزئة ويتم شحنها كاملة كطلب واحد فقط.
  • في حالة الموافقة على طلب الاستبدال او الاسترجاع ، يتحمل العميل جميع رسوم الشحن والتوصيل.
    
  • خلال فترات الـ Final Sale، لا يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
